Tools required for installation

• M2.5mm Allen key

• Soft-faced hammeror small hammer with a plastic punch/wooden dowel

• Grease

• Loctite 243 thread locker

Installation instructions

1. Clean and lubricate the rifle’s dovetail.

2. Remove the brass grub screws from the Picatinny rail.

3. Slide the rail onto the rifle from the rear of the action.

4. If needed, gently tap the rail forward with a soft-faced mallet or plastic punch/wooden dowel to align the grub screws with the detents.

5. Apply a small drop of Loctite 243 thread locker to the four grub screws.

6. Insert and tighten the grub screws until snug—do not overtighten.
